 | Продукти: 400 гр сварено пилешко филе (може и пушено),1 ч.ч.ориз,4 домата,4 с.л. зехтин ,сол,черен пипер,магданоз,лимонов сок |
Приготвяне:Ориза се сварява в 750 мл подсолена вода,като се внимава да не се превари,след това се прехвърля в гевгир и се облива със студена вода.Пилешкото месо се нарязва на малки парченца,доматите се обелват и нарязват на кубчета и всичко се смесва с ориза.Поръсва се с черен пипер,ситно нарязан магданоз и се залива със смес от зехтин и лимонов сок.
