Салата с пушена риба

Продукти: 1 топло пушена скумрия, 4-5 кисели краставички, 200 г майонеза, 1 чаена чаша ориз, 50 г маслини,копър.

Приготвяне: Рибата  се почиства от костите и се накъсва на малки парченца. Оризът се сварява, а краставичките се нарязват на кубчета. Рибата, оризът и краставичките се смесват и към тях се прибавя майонезата. Салатата се разбърква  и се украсява с маслини и стръкове копър.
