Приготвяне:Рибата се нарязва на ивички и се потапя за около 30 мин. в предварително подготвената марината,след което се отцежда.Пържи се в силно загрято олио и за кратко.След това се вади и в същото олио се сипва останалата марината,след което в нея се връщат рибните парченца ,разбърква се и се сервира с ориз и салата.
